Glenn is a US Army veteran and served during the Cold War/Gulf War era on a FIST Team. He is a Master Locksmith and Automotive Master Locksmith as well as a Safe & Vault Technician, and Financial Institution Physical Security Specialist. He has been employed in the locksmith industry over 27 years and is a 3rd generation locksmith. He is one of the top automotive locksmiths in the United States and has won local, state, and national awards for his work. He was nationally recognized with the 2016 Diebold Nixdorf Top 1% of the Top 1% award for his work on safes & vaults. He was chosen from a field of over 6,000 candidates for the award. His specialty is automotive locksmithing with a concentration on high-end and European cars such as BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Saab, and Maserati. He is Chief Instructor for American Center For Locksmith Training and educational director for Professional Locksmiths of America (PROLOA). He holds a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D) with a specialization in Performance Improvement, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Resource Allocation, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice / Intelligence Studies, a post graduate certificate in Counter Terrorism, and is a certified Electro-mechanical Engineer as well as a certified Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (SSMBB) an international program which focuses on identifying and eliminating waste and defects in processes and manufacturing. He is a Federal Aviation Administration licensed pilot and enjoys flying in his free time
Lance Letteer, MBA
Lance is a Master Locksmith and Automotive Locksmith IV. He is currently working on his Master Locksmith Certification. He is a 4th generation locksmith and competitive lock picker. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology as well as a Bachelors degree in Security Management/Information Security. He began picking and rekeying at 6 years old and became certified in 2008. He teaches General Locksmithing as well as Transponder Identification, Production & Key Building. He is currently working towards Master Locksmith and Automotive Master Locksmith certification.

H.M. Dougal
H.M. Dougal is a Master Locksmith. He is the Grandfather of Glenn Letteer and Great Grandfather of Xaviere-Paul and Lance. He began locksmithing in 1953 in Boise, Idaho. He opened his shop as Harold's Lock & Key. After retiring from the trade in 1997, Glenn Letteer took over the company and renamed it Key Man Lock & Safe. Today he is 97 years old and holds an advisory position with the company and American Center For Locksmith Training.
